We find ourselves in a landscape of seismic trauma – from climate catastrophe to genocide and apartheid, to racism and the rise of fascism, to the Epstein files, to famine, poverty, injustice and inequality. We believe this collective trauma is too much to hold alone. We need to unite to grieve together, in order to support one another; for our own and our communities wellbeing, to sustain healthy action, and to enable us the space to dream together of a better world.Through this workshop we hope to offer a moment to breathe together in our shared grief for the world we live in. This will be a simple gathering to be in community – there will be some forms of ritual, sharing, meditation and movement. There will be no obligation to share words unless you wish.
